Shipping policy

Local deliveries

We deliver locally via Pick Up Mtaani. Pick-up charges are calculated at checkout.

We may also use other local couriers for packages being shipped outside Nairobi.

We also deliver via Bolt or Uber couriers. For these deliveries, the delivery charge is communicated to you directly and is paid by you to the rider.

International deliveries

International orders are delivered via DHL. Express shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Import Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customers are required to pay any import duties once the package arrives in their country. Whiteroom does not pay import duties. By purchasing from Whiteroom, you agree to pay all applicable import duties upon receiving your package.

If a package is refused or returned to us because import duties were not paid, the refund will cover the price of the item(s) only.

Shipping fees, Swap Protect, and any return shipping or related costs we incur will be deducted.
